A letter of MEPs regarding Pavlov’s case
Seven MEPs, including: Leonidas Donskis (ALDE), Graham Watson (ALDE), Nicole Kiil- Nielsen (Greens), Piotr Borys (EPP), Marek Migalski (ECR), Tunne Kelam (EPP ) addressed a letter to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Spain, José Manuel García-Margallo, in which they referred to the process of extradition of Alexander Pavlov. MEPs explained that Pavlov’s case has a wider context and is linked to Kazakhstan’s ‘hunt’ for opposition representatives who are seeking refuge in Europe.
