Appeal on the inadmissibility of Alexander Pavlov’s extradition
Kazakh human rights organisation calls on the European authorities to prevent the extradition of Alexandr Pavlov. The Kazakhstan International Bureau for Human Rights and Rule of Law issued an appeal, declaring the extradition of Alexandr Pavlov to be inadmissible.The appeal was addressed, to the King of Spain, Juan Carlos, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Spain, José Manuel García-Margallo, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Spain, Jorge Fernández Díaz, the President of the European Parliament, Martin Schulz, and the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy for the European Union,
Catherine Ashton among others.
