The Foreign Minister of France replied to the letter by MP Makowski on Ablyazov
Laurent Fabius, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the French Republic replied to the letter of MP Tomasz Makowski regarding Mukhtar Ablyazov.
Laurent Fabius did not feel competent to comment on the present proceedings on Ablyazov’s case; however, he assured that the French judicial authorities will issue an independent ruling with regard to his extradition. Ablyazov will also be provided with the full right to remedies permitted by French law.
