Court decision on Mukhtar Ablyazov's extradition postponed
The City Court of Aix-en-Provence (France) has postponed the hearing in the extradition case of Kazakh opposition politician Mukhtar Ablyazov. Today (5 December, 2013), the Court was to decide on Ukraine's extradition request. However, the hearing was postponed until 12 December. On that day, the court will consider both requests in the case – made by both Ukraine and Russia.
