MPs of ‘Your Movement’ addressed the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic with regard to Paraskevich
Polish parliamentarians from ‘Your Movement’: Tomasz Makowski, Piotr Bauć, Marek Poznański, Michał Kabaciński, Michał Pacholski, Maciej Wydrzyński and Artur Dębski addressed the Judge of the Supreme Court in Prague, Jaroslav Bures, with regard to Tatiana Paraskevich.
Members pointed to the danger which Paraskevich may face in the case of her extradition to Kazakhstan. At the same time, Ukraine and Russia, which have submitted requests for extradition in this case, constantly violate the European Convention on Human Rights by rendering refugees and oppositionists to third countries.
