Ligia Krajewska and Marcin Święcicki address Marie Benesova with regard to Paraskevich
Polish MPs from the Civic Platform: Ligia Krajewska and Marcin Święcicki addressed an appeal to Marie Benesova, the Minister of Justice of the Czech Republic, with regard to Tatiana Paraskevich.
The parliamentarians point to the danger that Paraskevich may be exposed to in case of her extradition. Extradition requests have been issued by Ukraine and Russia, but there is a risk that these countries may render Paraskevich further to Kazakh authorities. In Kazakhstan, she may face torture and unfair trial.
