Alessandro Gozi appeals to Martin Pecina in connection with Paraskevich’s case
Italian MEP, Alessandro Gozi from the Democratic Party appealed to Martin Pecina, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Czech Republic in connection with the case of Tatiana Paraskevich, whose extradition has been requested by Russia and Ukraine.
Alessandro Gozi draws attention to notorious violations of the European Convention on Human Rights by the Ukrainian and Russian law enforcement agencies. He also draws attention to the profiles of prosecutors, handling the case of Paraskevich in Russia - these are the same people who had previously been involved in the Magnitsky case.
