The Court in Pilsen confirms the inadmissibility of Paraskevich's extradition
On 2 January, 2013, the Regional Court in Pilsen upheld its decision of 5 October, 2012, considering the extradition of Tatiana Paraskevich as inadmissible. The decision was justified by the practice of violations of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights by Ukrainian courts and law enforcement agencies, with particular regard to Article 3 of the Convention on the prohibition of torture and Article 6 on the right to a fair trial.
