The Constitutional Court rejects an appeal filed by Paraskevich
On 30 May, 2013, the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic rejected an appeal filed by Tatiana Paraskevich’s lawyers against the decision rendered by the Supreme Court in Prague.
On 21 February, 2013, the Supreme Court in Prague authorised the extradition of Tatiana Paraskevich to Ukraine. Currently, Paraskevich's lawyers are preparing to file a complaint with the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
