Bloomberg: The situation in Ukraine may help Mukhtar Ablyazov
Bloomberg: the current situation in Ukraine may transpire to be favourable for Mukhtar Ablyazov.
Bloomberg news website noted that the current situation in Ukraine may transpire to be beneficial for Mukhtar Ablyazov, whose hearing regarding the extradition will be held in Aix-en-Provence (France) on 12 December, 2013. On the same day, the court will consider Ukrainian and Russian requests for the extradition of the Kazakh dissident. As emphasised by Bloomberg, the court may be reluctant to render Ablyazov to the country which wishes to distance itself from the West.
