France 3: Request for the extradition of the former Kazakh minister: the decision will be issued on 12 December
At a meeting, which took place on Thursday morning, the Appellate Court of Aix-en-Provence postponed the date of the decision regarding the Ukrainian request for extradition of the Kazakh oligarch and oppositionist, Mukhatar Ablyazov, who was arrested this summer on the French Riviera having been accused of fraud, until the 12 December. Mukhtar Ablyazov must continue to wait for the decision regarding his fate.
