Respublika.kaz: Will Spain render Ablyazov's bodyguard to Kazakhstan?
The Supreme Court of Spain has decided to render Alexander Pavlov, a former bodyguard of the Kazakh opposition politician, Mukhtar Ablyazov, to Kazakhstan. In the best case scenario, he will face ten years’ imprisonment. In the worst case, he will be forced to give testimony incriminating the former head of BTA Bank, Mukhtar Ablyazov, and President of the ‘Civic Engagement’ Foundation, Muratbek Ketebayev.
