Kidnapping. Suspicion of a crime, the Roman Prosecutor’s Office opens a new file with regard to Shalabayeva’s case, adding the ambassador of Kazakhstan, Andrian Yelemessov, and two diplomatic officials, Nurlan Khassen and Yerzhan Yessirkepov, to the list of those under investigation.
