El Pais: "A plane is waiting for Pavlov”
According to the Spanish newspaper El Pais, Alexandr Pavlov, the former chief of security of the Kazakh dissident, Mukhtar Ablyazov, was close to being transferred from Spain to Kazakhstan on February 19. Before the Spanish court was informed of the government’s consent to his extradition, a military plane had already been prepared for him at the airport.
