An article about Muratbek Ketebayev - Kazakh opposition activist, close associate of Mukhtar Ablyazov and Vladimir Kozlov. In December Ketebayev was granted refugee status in Poland.
- For the first time in thirteen years, I feel safe. I'm starting a new life. Until now, I was a guest, I am now a permanent resident - said Ketebayev. - I am happy because I am now a free man- he added.
