Tyden.cz: The hunt for the Kazakh oppositionists in the Czech Republic continues. The Ministry of the Interior is on the move
The Czech Republic has become the latest battleground in the war of Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev with the opposition. Its members and activists are waiting for a decision of the Czech authorities on the asylum application of Tatyana Paraskevich. Should the decision turn to be a negative, Nazarbayev will chalk up another ‘kill’ in his hunt for dissidents. Activists are rather disappointed at the course of action undertaken by the Czech authorities.
