The civil society foundation ‘Amansaulyk’ circulated a letter addressed to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in which they requested that he transfer the convicted politician, Vladimir Kozlov, to a penal colony in Almaty Province. The petition was signed by 36 female social activists, as reported by a correspondent of ‘Total.kz’.
