Ablyazov line of defence

In press releases published in French media, counsels for the oppositionist, Mukhtar Ablyazov announced that they had filed three complaints in France.Two complaints were filed last week in Aix-en-Provence, one for fraud in judgement and one for breach of the confidentiality of the deliberations. The third was filed in Nice for breach of privacy.

A French press release states Jean -Pierre Mignard, a new lawyer of Ablyazov.  Jean Pierre Mignard is a famous lawyer, he is a member of the National Council of the Socialist Party. Ablyazov Lawyers: Peter Sahlas, Bruno Rebstock, Gérard Tcholakian, Piquois Gilles and Jean -Pierre Mignard have filed the three following complaints :

1) Mukhtar Ablyazov has been arrested following actions carried out by private investigators who were on the payroll of Kazakhstan that led to infiltrative actions and violations of privacy. That is why Mukhtar Ablyazov made a complaint in early November before the Prosecutor of Nice for acts of violations of privacy, punishable under the French penal code.

2) Moreover, while news agencies announced Kazakh singularly rejection of his application for release on October 2nd ... the day before the delivery by the three judges of the House of instruction of the Court of Appeal of Aix Provence. Mukhtar Ablyazov filed a complaint in early November for violation of deliberative secrecy and professional secrecy at the hands of the public prosecutor of Aix en Provence.

3) In another complaint to the prosecutor of Aix en Provence; Mukhtar Ablyazov accuses the Ukrainian authorities of fabricating contrived allegations of offences, in order to bring about his return to Ukraine and then re-render him to Kazakhstan.
