El Pais: Officials confirm irregularities at the hands of the judge in the case of the Kazakh opponent
The newspaper El Pais published another article related to the extradition of Alexandr Pavlov, Mukhtar Ablyazov’s former chief of security. The newspaper emphasises that "the officials of the II Departament of the Criminal Chamber of Audiencia Nacional confirmed in writing that the judge Alfonso Guevary, the president of the III Department, acted with irregularities when on February 19, not empowered to do so, he tried to push through the issue of Alexandr Pavlov’s extradition to Kazakhstan”.
